The Task

As you follow Stanley through his adventures, you will wonder, could this really happen in real life? Do places like this really exist?  How can you connect the happenings in this book to every day life? Who is sent to a juvenile detention facility?  What creatures live in the desert?  By completing the activities in this webquest your questions will be answered.  You will learn:

• information about your ancestors;
• information about juvenile delinquency and juvenile detention facilities;
• information about outlaws of the Wild Wild West;
• information about a desert creature
• how to work in a group;
• AND see yourself in film acting out a scene!

You will find information on the web and you will use iMovie to complete the video.  For each section you will fill out an information sheet will guide you through your quest.
